Case Study - Premium Fitness Personal Training
Start: Matt had a simple flyer he'd made containing his contact details. He was keen to have a website however he didn't have a business name and hadn't started preparing for the site.
Journey: One of our first challenges was to help Matt choose a name. We gave Matt our Naming Wheel tool to start generating ideas and we put just the right amount of pressure on him to finalise his decision.
Page Planning - we encouraged Matt to tell us stories about why he really enjoys his work and to provide examples of customers that have benefited from using his services. We also discussed his own fitness interests and participation. These stories allowed the content for the site and the ambitions for the future to all start taking form. The page plan and sitemap became clear and we could clearly identify the content required.
Social Media - we assisted Matt getting started with blogging, Twitter and Facebook. He was off to a tentative start however is now developing a feel for how to use these tools effectively.
Where to next: An ecommerce facility to sell products, member progress reports and a small, tightly managed Adwords campaign to start learning about what search terms / keywords are best for his business.
