How long until my website appears in the Google search results?

Why can you only find my website using my business name?

Google 'sand boxes' new websites for the first 12 months. During this time, you are unlikely to appear in the search results for your keyword search terms. You may elect to pay for Google Adwords to attract tightly targeted traffic.
